Costco is at the top of the list for my favorite grocery stores!

I love to buy items that we go through quickly in our home in bulk. I have to admit, I love walking up and down every isle and maybe snagging a couple samples too. 🙂

Frozen Organic Blueberries

Such a great deal for organic fruit. In my house we love to throw them into a smoothie, add them to our greek yogurt, and even eat them as a dessert paired with dark chocolate and herbal tea.

Chobani Less Sugar Greek Yogurt

This is my go-to favorite snack. I will eat regular Chobani yogurt as well but I always buy the “less sugar” pack if I see it. I like that it is packaged as a 12 pack. This is perfect for 1 or 2 people if you eat it often. It isn’t too large that it goes to waste after an extended period of time.

I’ll often add berries, pair with an apple, and have a cup along with the nut mix I mention down below.

Organic Honey Crisp Apples

I am a sucker for honey crisp apples. Yes, they are more expensive, BUT in my opinion they are the most reliable for being crisp and juicy. Hey, you get what you pay for!

Nuttzo Butter

Holy Moly! This nut butter has me hooked. It’s so tasty and is packed with clean ingredients. No added sugars or oils (I always read nutrition labels before purchasing nut butters. I do not want any additives.)

I love purchasing this because it provides so many different types of nuts that we wouldn’t normally purchase or eat alone. Nuttzo includes: cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sea salt.

I put this on toast, in yogurt, pair with crackers and honey, apples, or bananas.

Mixed Nuts

I love this jar! It has a great variety of nuts and is salted which I love. It includes cashews, brazil nuts, almonds, pecans, and macadamia nuts. This does include peanut oil and sea salt.

I love to pack this for my work days. It is an easy snack pack with energy and fuel. It pairs great with greek yogurt or your favorite fruits.

Did you know brazil nuts can help to improve thyroid function, heart health, brain function and more?

Heavenly Hunks- Organic Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookies

Ohhhh man… these heavenly! Beware, you will need some self control with these. They are organic, gluten free, and vegan BUT taste like the best chocolate chip cookie. Rich and dense!

I love to pop 1 or 2  in the microwave for 20 seconds and eat them as a dessert to cure the sweet tooth after a meal.

Organic Frozen Vegetables

These are a lifesaver for me when life gets busy. Steam them on the stove top or in the microwave. They are precut and ready to add to any meal. There is no excuse for not being able to get your veggies in! 🙂

I have also seen many “steam-in-a-bag” veggies that make life super convenient as well.

Avocado Oil

This is a big staple in our house when cooking. Unlike olive oil, avocado oil has a very high smoke rate of 520F.

This is also great to add as a salad dressing as well.

There are so many benefits to avocado oil including nutrient absorption, lower cholesterol, improved heart health, lowered blood pressure and more.

72% Dark Chocolate with Wild Blueberries

These are great for curing a sweet tooth. They are perfect little bite size treats that I pair with an herbal tea.

Organic Grain-Free Granola

Step away from the sugary granolas and try this granola. It is filled with clean ingredients. This is a great topping for yogurt.

This grain-free granola includes mct oil. It has many great benefits including weight loss, appetite control, brain health, energy for exercising, reduced inflammation and more.
